About Me

Allen Adams Realty is a local real estate brokerage firm serving the Lake Norman, Charlotte, and surrounding areas.  Although the creator and owner of the firm goes by the name he is most known by, Bill, the name Allen Adams Realty comes from his full name, William Allen Adams.

Bill was raised and has lived most of his life in North Carolina and has lived in the Lake Norman area since 1997.  He now shares his life with his lovely wife Lindsey in the wonderful small college town of Davidson where they make their home.

In 1998, after a career in the automotive and racing industries, Bill began his real estate career.  Bill is a licensed Broker, REALTOR® and Broker-in-charge of Allen Adams Realty.  He is also a NC State-Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.  Having worked in both the brokerage and appraisal of real estate for over a decade has allowed Bill to become an expert in the local real estate market.  His experience in both fields provides him with additional expertise and knowledge of real estate, home values, and pricing not found at most firms.
